The year in review
It has been a successful year for Gateway WA with the acceleration of the construction programme leading to a closer project completion date of mid-2016.
The footprint of the project’s main interchanges has changed considerably during the year with the aerial photography below showing the extent of work that has been carried out.
A combination of earthworks and structural work has led to the formation of the profiles of the future interchanges which is now significantly closer to the final design.
In 2015 the work will continue to progress at a swift rate with segments of the road network being progressively opened to traffic as they are completed.
